Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Miracel de Paris products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@miraceldeparis.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.

Return Shipping
Who covers return shipping depends on the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, we cover the return shipping cost. If you're returning an item for any other reason, such as changing your mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 14 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@miraceldeparis.com with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
